Li-Ion batteries Barbolight 18650 are very sensitive to storage temperature so it's better to keep them in a cool and dry place, out of the charger and the flashlight. You can use Barbolight TB-02 for a reliable transport and storage.
You can storage Li-Ion batteries completely charged because their self discharge is very low, less than 3% per year. This way you would have your batteries available whenever you need them. As there is no memory effect at all you can do partial recharging as often as you need. We recommend one charge a year.
