These general conditions only and exclusively govern the use of the Barbolight, S.L. website by the users accessing it. These general conditions are exhibited to the USER on every page of the barbolight.com website and whenever a USER enters their details on the forms, so that they are read, printed, filed and accepted via the Internet, and the USER can not enter their details without having accepted.

Access to the Barbolight, S.L. website implies accepting these general conditions of use without reservation, which the USER states to know in their entirety. 1.1.2.- Performance, without due authorisation, of any type of advertising or commercial information, whether directly or covertly, and sending span or sending large messages to block network servers ("mail bombing").

1.2.- Barbolight, S.L. may interrupt at any time the access to the website if it detects any use against the law, good faith or these general conditions - see clause five.

2.1.- The contents incorporated into this website have been prepared and included by Barbolight, S.L. using internal and external sources, so that Barbolight, S.L. is only responsible for the content prepared internally.

THREE.- COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK.- Any use is prohibited by others by any means of the Barbolight, S.L. trademark, which includes both the name and the logotype, except with the express consent of Barbolight, S.L.. All rights are reserved. Furthermore, the Barbolight, S.L. website- the own contents, and website programming and design – are fully protected by copyright, and any copy, communication, distribution and transformation of said elements is expressly prohibited, except with the express consent of Barbolight, S.L.

FOUR.- JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW.- These general conditions shall be governed by Spanish legislation. The Courts of Pamplona are competent to settle any dispute or conflict which may derive from these general conditions, and the USER expressly waives any other jurisdiction which could correspond to it.

FIVE.- In the event that any clause in this document is declared null and void, the other clauses shall remain in force and shall be interpreted taking into account the parties’ intentions and the purpose of these conditions. Barbolight, S.L. may decide not to exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document, which shall not under any circumstances imply their renunciation, unless expressly acknowledged by Barbolight, S.L.
