It has been designed for use with batteries that are easy to find throughout the world, i.e.: AA/R6 batteries (alkaline, Carbon-Zn, NIMH, NiCd, LiFeS2 and NiOx); it can also be used with rechargeable batteries. The type of equipment that can be used by both experienced and inexperienced divers.
